PHYSICAL. PUPPY IS HEALTHY AT TIME OF SALE AND HAS BEEN RECORDED AT THE VETS OFFICE. AND IS WARRANTED FOR 1 YEAR
FROM BIRTH ON ALL GENETIC DEFECTS. EXCLUDING PATELLAR LUXATION UNLESS FOUND BY MY VET DURING 5-6 WK PHYSICAL.
YOU WILL HAVE 3 DAYS FROM TIME OF PICK-UP TO HAVE YOUR PUPPY VET CHECKED TO YOUR SATISFACTION ON THE OVERALL
HEALTH. SHOULD YOU FIND A GENETIC DEFECT, BRING TO ME IN WRITING FROM YOUR VET ON THEIR LETTERHEAD, THE
CONDITION THAT WAS FOUND AND THE PUPPY IN THE SAME HEALTH THAT IT WAS SOLD TO YOU IN AND I WILL RETURN YOUR

AGE OF 6 MONTHS OLD., BUT THEY WILL STILL GAIN SOME WEIGHT. FEEDING YOUR DOG A DIFFERENT DOG FOOD OTHER THAN
NUTRO MAX PUPPY BEFORE THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS WILL VOID THE GUARANTEE.. THIS DOES INCLUDE TABLE SCRAPS OR ANY
TREATS OTHER THAN NUTRO PRODUCTS. SHOULD YOUR PUPPY GET LARGER IN SIZE THAN WHAT YOU WERE GUARANTEED, IN

PICTURE OF YOUR PUPPY NEXT TO AN OBJECT THAT IS FAMILIAR TO ME TO LOOK AT. SO FAR IN ALL MY TIME I HAVE NEVER BEEN
WRONG BUT THERE IS STILL CHANCE THERE THAT IT COULD HAPPEN. NO ONE IS PERFECT! UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED ON

and WHEREAS, _______________________________________________,herein after called "Buyer" is desirous of
purchasing the animal described above:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of___________, the Seller hereby conveys one SHOW
Poodle DOG under the following warranties and conditions and no other warranties or conditions are either expressed or
implied.
1. SELLER
Guarantees that dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale. If within 72 hours from the
time Buyer or their agent takes possession
in good health, then Seller agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of dog to Seller. Any costs incurred, to return
dog is Buyers responsibility. Or Buyer
agrees to return the dog to the Sellers Veterinarian and Seller agrees to incur any expense during this period. Buyer shall
assume full responsibility for the health, anatomical
make-up, appearance and temperament of the above described animal during said 72 hour period. If the condition of the
animal has changed in any of the categories mentioned
in the previous sentence, the Seller is relieved of obligation to return the full amount of the purchase price, otherwise the
full purchase price will be refunded. Any claim of change
in the animal by the Buyer must be communicated to the Seller within 72 hours. In order to receive an adjustment, under
the terms of this Sales Contract, Buyer must return signed
A.K.C. papers to Seller before any adjustment hereunder. Buyer must make animal available to Seller or designee for
appropriate examination.
2. BUYER
Agrees to take good care of the dog and to provide adequate food, housing, grooming and medical care. This includes
Heartworm Preventative and monthly flea
control such as Revolution, Frontline or Advantage.
3. BUYER
Agrees to show dog to his AKC American Championship using professional handler of their choosing if necessary. Any legal
and show expenses shall
be the financial responsibility of the buyer.
4. SELLER
Retains stud rights to breed any bitches that seller owns or co-owns to dog at no cost.
5. BUYER
Agrees that any breedings done with this dog shall be only to other AKC registered TOY POODLES. Buyer forfeits
ownership of this dog if this is not
strictly adhered to.
6. BUYER
Agrees that they are purchasing this dog for their personal use, and will not broker or transfer ownership or care of this dog
to any other person
or organization. Buyer forfeits ownership of this dog if this is not strictly adhered to.
7. BUYER
Agrees that at any time in the future, if unable to care for the dog for any reason, or no longer wants dog. He/she agrees to
immediately contact
the Seller. The Seller has the first option to accept the return of the dog at no charge to the Seller or act as agent to place
the dog in a suitable
home. At no time will the dog leave residence of the Buyers home without receiving the express written consent of Seller,
unless the dog is being
returned to the Seller.
8. BUYER
Agrees to keep the Seller informed about the dog especially pertaining to health. If any unusual problems develop Seller
shall be contacted at
once, especially if they are medical in nature.
9. BUYER
Agrees to allow Seller or a similar representative to visit Buyers home and the purchased dog shortly after sale, if the Seller
choses.
10. BOTH PARTIES
Enter this agreement with sincere intentions for the preservation of quality Poodles and a mutual desire for the best interest
of the breed.
This writing constitutes the full agreement of the parties. Any interpretations and disputes arising from this contract as to its
terms and
conditions will be determined and resolved under the laws of the State of Tennessee, Sevier Co. or any surrounding county
to Sevier, Co.
In the event that a disagreement or enforcement of this agreement is necessary, it shall be placed before an arbitrator or
party of
arbitrators, such as the American Arbitration Association or other arbitration associations as set up and agreed between the
parties.
Upon a decision, the parties agree to be bound by the decision of that arbitration, and the prevailing party shall be entitled
to
reasonable costs including but not limited to attorney fees necessary to enforce this agreement.
